Mineral processing runs on filter area. Horizontal vacuum belt filters
ANDRITZ / Dorr-Oliver type
Aurora VF fabrics for horizontal belt filters — clear filtrate, easy cake release, endless or seamed. For precision concentrate duties, 623A adds an all-monofilament plied weft: higher strength, finer filtration.
Disc & drum filters
Satin-weave vacuum fabrics sized for disc and drum filter duty across ore concentrates — a long-standing construction on these platforms.
Press filtration (frame / membrane)
Monofilament cloths for fast cake release on concentrate duties; monofilament-multifilament combinations where filtrate clarity leads.
Tailings & sludge (belt press)
Woven press belts and SP-P spiral belts with filler yarns — high squeeze resistance and controlled permeability for tailings dry-stacking feed.
Fines classification
Square mesh and fine screening cloth for classification sifters (40–200 mesh).
